At Tuning Minds Candles, we take pride in the quality and care poured into every product. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise.
1. Delivery
We request our customers to make a small video at the time of unboxing.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account to view your order status and history under “track your order” section. You can also track your order on the website of our delivery partner who will be responsible for safe and timely delivery of your purchased products.
Under normal conditions, we deliver our orders within 5-7 business days except holidays. Monday to Friday are considered business days.
2. Return & Replacement
Returns or Replacement are only applicable if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, a complaint must be raised within 72 hours of delivery, along with video graphic evidence of the issue. Please email us at care@tuningmindscandles.com with your order details and the issue on an early basis for resolution.
We do not accept returns or cancellations for:
- Change of mind
- Fragrance dislike
- Items opened or used
- Orders raised incorrectly
3. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us at care@tuningmindscandles immediately.
