What makes Tuning Minds Candles unique?

We use natural soy wax which is non-toxic, biodegradable, ensures clean burning and is free of animal derived substances. Our fragrances are bold, authentic and expertly crafted with natural essential oil blends for a soothing and natural aromatic experience. Each scent is vegan, phthalate-free, paraben-free and entirely cruelty-free—never tested on animals. Pure, powerful and consciously created, our blends stay true to their name and nature. We always use eco-friendly wicks for best experience.

How should I care for my candle?

To enjoy your candle safely and get the best burn every time, always trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting. This helps reduce smoke, prevents the wick from mushrooming, and ensures a clean flame. During the first burn, allow the candle to melt completely across the surface — this prevents tunnelling and helps it burn evenly in future uses. Always place your candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, curtains and flammable objects. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep it out of reach of children and pets. For optimal use, do not burn your candle for more than 3–4 hours at a stretch and ensure ventilation. Allow it to cool before relighting. To extinguish, gently blow out the flame or use a snuffer. Store candles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Do you ship internationally?

We are offering our shipping across India only at present. We are working to expand globally. Please do check again for an update.

What is your return policy?

Our products are non-returnable. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out at care@tuningmindscandles.com within 72 hours of delivery and we’ll connect with you for a resolution. Please ensure you have made a video at the time of unboxing.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account to view your order status and history under “track your order” section.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Under normal conditions, we deliver our orders within 5-7 business days except holidays. Monday to Friday are considered business days.

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on our all orders above Rs. 999 value.

What payment method can I use?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPIs, Wallets and Net Banking. No cash on delivery is available.

Can I change or cancel my order?
